Lease Maturity/Remarketing Analyst (Bilingual)

Effectively support the Lease Maturity and Remarketing operations at SCI Lease Corp, currently engaged in the leasing of Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, FIAT, Jeep, RAM and Maserati vehicles. Jump into the fast paced and dynamic environment of building and executing a lease maturity and remarketing strategy designed to elevate the dealer and customer experience, while maximizing residual values and supporting key business systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Work directly with Customers and Dealers to determine customer intent and vehicle return process
    • Provide support in the collection of documents/funds and other deficiencies required in processing the Lease Maturity sales to the customer
    • Manage phone queues/calls while collecting and processing Bills of Sales, Power of Attorneys, Lien Releases
    • Provide support in the collection of receivables as a result of Excess Wear and Tear parameters
    • Work collaboratively with the Leasing team towards maximizing residual values in the disposal of each Lease Maturity through various remarketing channels
    • Provide value added initiatives to all Upstream and Auction Channels, including, but not limited to Lease Maturity schedules, pricing, marketing, processing of sales and transportation, and arbitration

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Technical Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Proficient written and verbal skills in English and French
    • Experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
    • Analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills

Senior Credit Analyst Bilingual

Job Purpose

The Senior Credit Analyst Bilingual under the direction of the National Credit Manager is primarily responsible for researching and analyzing credit risks, assessing credit history and approving or denying extension of credit to potential customers. This team member has contact with other company departments, as well as automobile dealers and other finance and credit sources.

Role Responsibilities

          • Analyze and evaluate credit applications under specific guidelines
          • Review and understand credit bureau information to assist with the credit analytics and to help determine affordability and risk
          • Review and verify income from various sources such as pay stubs, Notice of Assessments and Financial Statements
          • Review Commercial credit files, credit bureaus and Financial Statements
          • Communicate with dealers and internal departments regarding accounts pending credit approval
          • Conduct reference investigations, document requirements and prepare credit presentations
          • Work in a high volume call centre environment requiring the use of multitasking skills
          • Clarify inquiries regarding policies and procedures to peers and clients
          • Promote and provide a high standard of service to the dealers and other areas within the company
          • Any and all other duties as may be required to meet Company objectives
          • Varying shift work ; these shifts may be further adjusted from time to time, by your Manager

Qualifications

          • The ideal candidate must be bilingual ( English and French – both written and verbal)
          • Non-Prime lending experience is an asset
          • Knowledge and understanding of personal and commercial credit bureau reports
          • Knowledge and understanding of detailed financial statement and ratio analysis
          • Minimum education of a College or University business diploma or equivalent experience.
          • Minimum 5 years of direct lending experience, automotive preferred
          • Excellent report writing and communication skills (written and verbal).
          • Knowledge of standard office software.
          • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
          • Successful Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
          • Vehicle and/or leasing experience would be considered a definite asset.
          • The successful candidate must be detailed oriented, open to change, be able to work independently, be a team player, and organized.
          • High School diploma (GED or equivalent)
          • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent in a related technology field of study
          • Must be able to speak and write fluent English and French/Francophone
          • Possesses an understanding of the automotive industry

Working Conditions
This role requires evening and weekend shift work to support our National Dealership operating hours.

Applicants may be required to work a minimum of two evening shifts a week (currently until 11PM EST) and at least one Saturday per month (10:30-7PM EST).
